Methodology
1. One of our project managers (marketing and concept consultant) will arrange a time to meet with you in order to discuss your needs. During the first meeting, your project will be discussed with advice being given on the best methods and options to cater for your needs and budget. (Note: The project manager is the person in charge and responsible to ensure all your needs are met during and after the completion of your website.)
2. Once your needs have been established our project manager together with other members of our development team will discuss your project in depth, in order to prepare a comprehensive proposal. Such a proposal will include site mapping (site flow chart), specifications (functionality of each page layout and functions) and total project costs.
3. Upon your approval of the proposal, we then begin to collect all material necessary (graphics, images, text etc.) to commence development of your project. At this point in time, if necessary, meetings will be arranged for you to meet with our project coordinator, script writers, graphic artists and programmers to assist in the preparation of the development of your site.
4. During the development of your site all updates will be placed on the Internet under a temporary address entered via login & password allowing you to view the site’s progress. At this time the project manager will be in constant contact with you discussing your opinions and suggestions of the development in progress.
5. Upon completion and your final approval of your site’s development, the site will then be launched under its appropriate address and registered with 12 of the most popular Internet search engines (e.g. Yahoo, Altavista etc).
6. Once your site has been launched the project manager will regularly monitor the performance of your Website to ensure it’s successful performance and advise you on numerous issues and updates regarding the Internet.
